After login, you can find the enrolment certificate in the Jade eCampus under “My Features”/“Study Service”. After clicking this, you can retrieve and print your current enrolment certificate under “Reports”.
In case you have any problems printing, you should check, whether your iternet browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader are up-to-date. If necessary, you might need to update it to the newest version. Afterwards, printing your certifications and bills should work.
