How can I...

  * ...access my enrolment certificate? 

After login, you can find the enrolment certificate in the Jade eCampus under "My Features"/"Study Service". After clicking this, you can retrieve and print your current enrolment certificate under "Reports".  


  * ... print my certifications and bills?
 
In case you have any problems printing, you should check, whether your iternet browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader are up-to-date. If necessary, you might need to update it to the newest version. Afterwards, printing your certifications and bills should work.
